Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the game Football Rogue and its related services (the “Service”) provided by 36LITTERS INC. (“we”, “us”), and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between us and you.

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the Service. By installing, launching or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Service — the game Football Rogue and all related services we provide.
• User — anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
• Account — the guest identifier (UUID) generated automatically on first launch.
• Paid Service — in-game currency and items we sell for a fee.
• Randomised item — an item purchased directly or indirectly for value whose contents or effects are determined by chance (e.g. Scouting).

3. Changes to These Terms

• These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on our website.
• We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce any change at least 7 days before it takes effect, or at least 30 days in advance where the change is unfavourable or material to you.
• If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of a change, you are deemed to have accepted it.

4. Accounts

• The Service has no separate sign-up. A random guest identifier (UUID) is generated automatically on first launch.
• You are responsible for managing your own device and account data. Except as required by applicable law, we are not liable for data loss caused by device loss, reset or similar events.
• You may delete your account and data at any time through the Account Deletion page or the in-app function.

5. Provision and Changes to the Service

• We aim to provide the Service 24 hours a day, year-round.
• We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service as needed for planning or operation, with prior notice. Where there is a system failure or other urgent cause, notice may be given afterwards.
• The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, equipment repair, network outages or other unavoidable reasons.

6. Paid Service and Payment

• The Service is free to use; some currency and items are sold for a fee.
• Payments for Paid Services are processed through the payment methods provided by app-market operators such as Google Play, subject to that market's policies. We do not directly collect or store your payment-method details (such as card numbers).
• If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may request cancellation as permitted by applicable law.

7. Withdrawal and Refunds

• Refunds for Paid Services are handled under the refund policy of the app market used for payment (e.g. Google Play).
• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for unused currency or items. Refunds may be limited for items consumed or whose value has been realised immediately upon purchase, or for the results of opening randomised items, where withdrawal is impractical by nature.

8. Disclosure of Randomised Item Odds

In accordance with applicable law, we disclose the odds for randomised items in-game and below.

Detailed odds and featured items are always shown on the in-game scouting screen and may change with updates.

9. Advertising

The Service may include rewarded video ads via Google AdMob. Watching ads is entirely optional, and all content is available without doing so. Handling of advertising identifiers is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. User Obligations

You must not:

• interfere with normal operation of the Service (abnormal access, automation tools/macros, exploiting bugs);
• infringe others' rights or reputation, or use inappropriate nicknames or display names;
• use the Service for commercial purposes without our consent, or trade currency/accounts for cash;
• reverse-engineer, copy or modify the Service, or distribute the results;
• otherwise violate applicable law or these Terms.

If you breach these obligations, we may restrict your use, reclaim data, or suspend your account.

11. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Service and its game content, images, audio and software belong to us. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute or create derivative works for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

12. Protection of Personal Data

We protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Account and data deletion procedures are described on the Account Deletion page.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damages arising from causes without our intent or gross negligence, such as force majeure, telecommunication failures, or causes attributable to you.
• Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we are not liable in connection with the use of services provided free of charge.
• This section does not exclude any rights guaranteed to you by applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, we and you will make good-faith efforts to resolve it amicably; failing that, the competent court determined under applicable law shall have jurisdiction.
