Privacy Policy

36LITTERS INC. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy applies to our game Football Rogue and its related services (the “Service”).
In short. The Service has no sign-up process, and we do not collect any information that directly identifies you — no name, date of birth, phone number or email address. However, the Service includes Google ads (AdMob) and in-app purchases (Google Play), so an advertising identifier (AAID) is processed when ads are shown, and purchase records are processed when you buy something. See the table below for details.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information required to operate the Service.

We do not collect or store payment-method details (such as card numbers). Payments are processed through Google Play, and we only handle the product ID, order ID and receipt needed to confirm delivery. The advertising identifier (AAID) is collected by Google AdMob, which serves our rewarded video ads; you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
What we do not collect
- Name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, postal address or any identity-verification data
- Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, Android ID)
- Payment-method details (card or account numbers)
- Location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data
The Android permissions the Service requests are INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, VIBRATE, in-app billing (BILLING) and the advertising identifier (AD_ID). It requests no sensitive permissions such as location, storage, camera or contacts.
2. How We Use It
- Identifying your account and saving or restoring your game progress
- Matchmaking for player-versus-player modes and calculating rankings
- Processing in-app purchases, confirming delivery, and handling payment inquiries and refunds
- Serving rewarded video ads and granting ad rewards
- Detecting and preventing abuse and cheating
- Operating the Service and responding to your inquiries
3. Retention Period
We retain your data for as long as you use the Service, and delete it without delay when:
- you request deletion of your account — processed immediately upon handling;
- one year has passed since your last login; or
- the Service is discontinued.
Data is erased irreversibly. Copies held in backups are destroyed within 30 days of the deletion request.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not share your data with third parties as a rule, except as follows:
- Google processes your advertising identifier (AAID) to serve ads — see “Entrusted Processing and Overseas Transfer” below;
- where a lawful request is made by an investigative authority under applicable law.
5. Entrusted Processing and Overseas Transfer
To operate the Service reliably and to provide ads and payments, we entrust data processing as follows.

Game data and account information are stored in Korea (AWS Seoul region). Some information related to ads and payments may be processed overseas by Google, subject to Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data policy.
6. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access — review the game data stored about you
- Correction and deletion — change your display name, or delete your account and all data
- Suspension of processing

7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Because the Service collects no identity-verification data, we hold no age information. If we learn that data from a child under 14 has been collected, we delete it immediately.
8. Security Measures
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS); cleartext traffic is blocked
- Server access is restricted to a minimal number of staff and reviewed regularly
- Databases are stored using our cloud provider's managed encryption
- Authentication uses tokens with a limited lifetime

10. Changes to This Policy
We announce any change on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect, and at least 30 days in advance where the change materially affects your rights.
